Ambrosia Experience – Intimate Dining and Culinary Experiences – Chicago Illinois

I just want to say thank you to all that came out to join me at my birthday bash. This was truly an Experience!
I know I was offering six courses but I guess the mood overtook me as I impromptly served 9 courses. Yes, I love to cook and love to feed fun-loving foodies.
A special thanks go out to Paris & Jasmine for being beautiful models as they displayed…………..well, I’ll just post the photos instead words could never describe.

  I’m already planning our next event, which will be an elegant “White Affair”, details coming soon…..

Hi all……..

 Sitting here playing Candyland with my kids and really enjoying myself believe it or not. Finished all of my menu suprises for Saturday nights big event. Lots of little nuggets of love for your delights. I almost want to publish the additions but feel my discretion is required.

 I’ve also been working on the book {t’is killing me} and doing a couple of events.  Last Wednesday I was fortunate to be asked to participate in Escada’s sale event at Envent and hosted by StyleChicago.Com. The team and I had a great time and the patrons really enjoyed the eats.  So I’d like to say thank you to John and Caitlin at StyleChicago.com for the opportunity and definitely the exposure.

 Alright, we are all set for Saturday night and it is going to be a doozy. I look forward to sharing my culinary creations with all of you and enjoying your company even more. See you Saturday!

Just a quick thank you to everyone that came out this weekend for our opening events. I had a great time hosting & cooking for you all. This is going to be something really special and I am truly humbled by the number of people that joined us for our Caribbean Celebrations.

It has come to my attention that a lot of you would rather do a “Bastille Day” celebration on the 14th of July than the “Red White & Food” that is scheduled for the 11th. I am more than open to suggestions, so email me your preferences by close of business on Thursday 3 July and we shall go with the popular vote.

Once again, many many thanks to all of you that came out this weekend, I am truly touched.

Summer is now upon us and what better way to celebrate than by announcing the start of the Ambrosia Summer Dining Series.  We will be presenting 10 themed dinner events throughout the Chicagoland area. Opening nights are Friday & Saturday June 26th & 27th… Come join us as we kick things off with two nights of Caribbean Celebration. Carnivale-French West Indien Style & Island Nights-A Story of Seduction

 We’ll follow up in July with 2 more dinner parties {Red White and Food & Exotic Morroco} And follow those two with a very special dinner event on the 25th of July, guess who will be turning 43???

 August comes up next with the dog days of summer, so come dine with Ambrosia to beat the heat @ two more crazy, sexy events. {Asain Groove & Disco Nights} This isn’t your parents dinner club!!!

 September will truly be special as we close out the summer series and get ready for fall. There will be thr33 more dining events to excite your palate and stimulate your soul.{that’s what we do here, ya know}  Of course Labor Day is great cause for celebration and we will do so with our own {White Party}  followed by a special vegetarian celebration {Flora} and concluding with {Dream Come True} which will be nothing short of amazing!!!
