The Ambrosia Experience is the brainchild of Executive Chef JP Nettles. Chef JP  is a socially conscious, globe-trotting Chef with a love of cultures, languages and foods of the world. Chef JP uses only organic produce, wild and line caught fish and hormone free meats in his culinary endeavors.

Trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, and having earned the coveted “Le Grande Diplôme” in 2002, he has been moving forward ever since. Chef JP has worked, traveled and dined extensively throughout Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Caribbean shaping his vision of menu development and food presentation.
